  • The 2016 AGM was held on Thursday 9th June at the 'Rye House' Pub, Rye House sadly without Seretary Bill Gill who was attending his brother Bernard's Funeral in Germany. The meeting was held on a beautiful sunny day in the pub's garden were, midway through the agenda the members had lunch. A good day was enjoyed by all
    The meeting was chaired by acting secretary Colin Booth who welcolmed the statement by the membership secretary, Malcolm Belchambers that the membership continued to be around 200 and that following a collection at Rye House Speedway the Association had donated �275 to the Speedway Riders Benevolent Fund.

    To be held at the South Essex Golf Centre, Brentwood, Essex CM13 3LW
    Meet at 11.00am for Coffee/Bacon Roll, first Tee-Off 12.04 am.
    Open to any Cycle Speedway riders and their friends.
